When will your clients receive their statements?

The table provides an estimate of when your clients’ statements will be produced.

  • Clients with electronic preference - we'll send clients an email once their statement is ready. They can log into Expand Online or our app to access their statements.
  • Clients with hard copy preferences - we'll post client statements within 3 days from when they’ve been produced.

What’s the quickest way clients can access their statements?

The quickest way clients can access their statements is by logging into their account on myexpand.com.au or the Expand app. Their statements will be located under the Communications section of the ‘Account details’ tab.

FAQs

Yes. As your client’s account has been managed by us on different technology platforms, you they will receive two tax statements for the 2023/24 financial year. Both statements will be available on Expand Online. They will need these tax statements for their tax records, so please keep them in a safe place.

If your client’s account was transferred from MLC Wrap, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks of processing time on top of the dates provided above. This delay is due to the additional work that must be undertaken to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data included in your statements.
