Updating client contact and bank account details made easy

Experience improved efficiency for your business, with easy online updates for client contact and bank accounts details now available on Expand, including changes to:

  • address
  • contact numbers
  • email addresses for correspondence
  • bank account details.

Once you've submitted a change, your client will receive a confirmation via email or mail depending on their communication preference. It's really that easy.

How to update a client's address or contact details

  • Login to IOOF Online
  • Select your client's account
  • Navigate to the 'Account Details' tab
  • Select 'Edit'.

How to update a client's bank account details

  • For Pension accounts - navigate to the 'Pensions' tab and select 'Edit'. Instantly update GIF
  • For Super or Investment accounts - navigate to the 'Move Money' tab and select 'Edit'. Instantly update GIF

Your clients can also update their bank account details via Expand Online or the Expand app using two-factor authentication.
